TOM - the Trainers Office Manager - is an online database-driven system that automates most of the functions needed to run a league like SOPL.
 
Through TOM, trainers can:

• upload their horse files and add horses to their SOPL roster
• manage race nominations and entries
• view reports - race results, champs, finances etc
