Changes have been made (on some pages) to the way that silks are managed.
 
As a result, some trainers may need to update their silks.
 
Please ensure that the silks have an extension eg silks.gif or silks.jpg.  The only file types that can be uploaded are JPEG/JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG.
 
There is now a new page to allow you to do this - click on the Manage Your Silks link on the main menu.
